Functionality has been restored. All outbound SMS appear to be processing normally now. We will continue to monitor the incident.

At this time, our monitoring indicates that Textey's outbound SMS functionality has been restored. Twilio has identified the issue affecting their service and are working on a resolution.
We are seeing reduced error rates in our outbound messaging. We will continue to monitor and provide an update when we feel the issue has been completely resolved.
At about 8:30 AM ET we were alerted to a system-wide outage with our primary SMS carrier partner, Twilio, that was affecting outbound SMS service. As Textey processes our phone numbers and outbound messages through Twilio's SMS platform, this is impacting many of our customers ability to send outbound SMS.
We are monitoring this situation closely and will communicate updates as we know more.
