You may encounter a warning that sates "PushTopic is not accessible". This warning message would be seen either on the Textey Messenger component or the Textey Conversations page. If you see this message it means that the logged-in user does not have access to the PushTopic object.
PushTopic is a standard Salesforce object that is used with the Streaming API. Basically, it's how the Textey components listen for new inbound text messages.
To solve this issue, you can simply do the following:
- Go to the Profile of the User who is seeing this message.
- Click Edit.
- Go to the Object Settings and find PushTopic.
- Ensure the Profile has, at minimum, READ access to the PushTopic object.
- Save the Profile.
